Marinara Pepperoni Pizza:
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce or homemade tomato sauce (tomato paste, water, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning)
- 1/4 cup turkey pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced ham
- 1/3 cup sliced onion
- 1/4 cup sliced green olives
- 1/4 cup turkey pepperoni
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini’s
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 block of grated mozzarella
Begin grinding the berries you want to use according to your mill’s instructions. Once the flour is milled, mix the flour, water, honey, and olive oil. Let the dough set for 15 mins. Now sprinkle in the yeast and salt, use a dough hook to kneed in the dough for about 10-15 minuets or until smooth.
Let the dough rest as the toppings are prepared. Begin by chopping, slicing, and or grating the ingredients for each respective pizza.
Now that your toppings are prepared, begin splitting and rolling out the dough into 3 equal parts. We press our dough into cookie sheets after coating with olive oil, but it you prefer using a stone or cast iron, that will also work.
Once your dough is pressed out, pre-bake them for 5-10 minuets, depending on how crunchy you prefer the crust. Once they are out of the oven top with the respective toppings.
Put the topped pizza back in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until desired toast. Now they are out, top with any ingredients that go on fresh (like the broccoli sprouts) and slice and serve!
