This milk is a little twist on a typical banana milk, adding in the coconut makes it a little tropical and fun!!
What you need:
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 date (ideally soften in hot water before blending)
- splash of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Begin by placing one date in hot water to let soften. Blend together banana, coconut milk, date, vanilla, and salt. Once thoroughly blended, pour over iced coffee and enjoy!
