Oven Baked Salmon

This is a great option for a easy boost in omegas and protein!

Sometimes cooking fish can feel intimidating, but this is a foolproof recipe to getting perfect salmon every. single. time. (a meat thermometer will be your best friend!)

What you need:

  • 2 lbs. of salmon
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Begin by preheating the oven to 425 degrees. Prep the salmon, by placing it on a tin foil covered cookie sheet. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil then cover with the minced garlic, lemon juice, garlic salt, and pepper.

Once the salmon is covered in the seasoning, put it in the oven and let roast until the salmon has reached an internal temperature of 125-135 degrees, about 20 mins.

Once it has cooled for a few minutes, its time to enjoy!
