Protein Energy Balls

Good for a quick snack and grab out of the fridge!

Here is what you need:

  • 1 1/2 cup old fashion oats
  • 1 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 scoops protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. milk (pour one at a time for consistency)

Mix all of the dry ingredients together and then add in the honey and milk, one at a time. Keep adding milk and mixing all the ingredients until it starts to come together. The key is to keep the balls as dry as you can while also making sure they stick together as balls. Once the mixture has enough milk to hold together when pinched start rolling the mixture in your hands into balls. The more pressure you apply the better they will hold together.
